I was browsing the world wide web earlier, like any good serial-procrastinator does, and I stumbled across the coolest tea art that I just had to share with everyone! In my opinion, tea and art often go hand in hand. Whether it’s anticipating getting home after a busy day to sip your favorite leaves while relaxing to your favorite album, or being 6 blueberry tea’s deep while stumbling your way through The Louvre and making fun of Louis VIX’s tights in the painting by Hyacinthe Rigaud, the way that our favorite drink can help clear the mind and stimulate our senses really lends itself to appreciating art. Dara Gold takes it one step further and combines tea and art into these incredible tea stain paintings.
With the artist’s permission, here’s a look at some of her stunning tea stain art. Make sure you visit DaraGold.ca, and you can click the link below and if these images to see the full-size version.
