Thai iced tea made into ice cream seems like a no brainer, but when I found this recipe I was like, “That’s genius.” Amanda from adapted this version of the recipe from Serious Eats, and it’s definitely a winning combination. Check out the full recipe here.

3. Thai-Style Iced Coffee

This one’s actually coffee, not tea, just to add a little more variety into the mix.  It is the spice of life, after all, isn’t it?
